Ultimate Trust & Safety: The leaders offer a level of trust superior to all others (penultimate authority). They use smart, positive solutions to help people out of danger, crisis, or risk of death.

New Novelty Justice Method

Novelty-Driven Justice (NDJ): This is a unique, creative approach to solving social problems.

The Method: It involves setting up clever social 'logic games' and fun public campaigns (the 'novelty') to gently guide people away from harmful or criminal behavior (the 'justice').

Anticipatory Ethics Center (ACES): This is the department dedicated to predicting when a social or ethical problem is starting and fixing it before it becomes a costly crime or disaster.
